These 55-minute classes will get you moving right away. We do a 5-7 min cardio warm up followed by some stretching and then we move into the core of the class using a combination of bands, weights, TRX, Bosu balls, barre, Pilate balls... you name it, we use it. This class is focused on balance, toning, heart rate bursts and of course core. Max of 5 in a class so you get a lot of attention to detail and alignment. Must sign up ahead of time
I offers 55-minute sessions custom to you. Your first session will consist of an evaluation and health history review, and then we will get you moving, After discovering what you like and dislike, we will design a program for you incorporating weight training, yoga, barre, Pilates, Hiit, as I have plenty of tools in my bag. I can also help design a workout program for you to do at home as well.
Your session is yours to use how you would like. Need Infrared sauna or stretch therapy, we can customize you session to what your body needs that day.
Fascia is a whole system of connective tissue that runs in chains everywhere in the body. When tissue is dehydrated or locked up due to an injury or overuse you lose your range of motion resulting in decrease of quality of life especially if you are an athlete or demand a lot of your body. Sessions take place on a massage table clothed as I move, traction, and pin your tissue to create space in your body. I also use PNF stretching and will give you stretch or strengthening homework.
Sessions in the sauna can part of your FST or personal training session or booked in 30 min increments. Infrared sauna helps to increase circulation, improve heart health, decrease inflammation and speed up recovery. Added benefit, it is great for your skin as it increases collagen and speeds up cell regeneration. It is a great help for anyone that suffers from SAD in the winter months here in Oregon.
